We work alongside local partners to co-create solutions that address the unique challenges facing communities around the world. Through leadership development, skills training, and strategic community engagement, we are laying the foundation for lasting social, economic, and environmental impact.
Our history, rooted in the transformative work of Leadership Global, continues to shape and inspire our mission. We’ve co-hosted landmark gatherings such as the U.S.-Africa Energy Ministerial in Ethiopia, uniting over 600 participants, including 40 African Ministers of Energy and representatives from 170 companies, multilateral institutions and government agencies – to leading high impact capacity-building programs in places like Honduras, Turkey, and Thailand, our legacy is one of connection, empowerment and action. These efforts have not only strengthened local workforces and communities but have also laid the foundation for inclusive, sustainable growth across regions.
In Senegal, we helped distribute more than 100,000 leadership training manuals, reaching over 350,000 middle school students embedding the values of integrity, civic responsibility and personal growth at an early age. In Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, South Africa and the United States, our youth-focused initiatives have empowered the next generation of changemakers through hands-on training in peacebuilding, good governance, and academic excellence in STEM fields.
What has changed is not our purpose, but our platform. As NGF, we are expanding our reach and deepening our impact – strengthening community partnerships, aligning closely with NiQuan Energy’s clean energy mission, and reinforcing our role. With every project, we’re not just providing support we are helping people to lead, innovate, and build better futures for themselves and their communities.
Our new identity amplifies our belief that leadership is the key to sustainable development – and that every community holds the potential to shape its own future when given the tools, resources, and opportunity to do so.
