Establishing the Company in 2008, Ainsley is the visionary and pivotal driver behind the Company’s success. Under his leadership, the Company achieved the milestone of becoming the first commercially viable small-scale GTL facility in the world and the first GTL facility within the Western Hemisphere.
David Dhanoo
Group Chief Legal Officer & Board Secretary
David is the company’s go-to expert for all corporate governance and legal affairs. He manages the Board Secretariat and provides legal counsel to the Board of Directors, Chairman, Group Chief Visionary Officer, Executive Team, and senior management.
Roshan Rodriguez
Group Chief Community Sustainability Officer
Roshan is a seasoned project manager with 15 years of global experience leading corporate projects and strategic initiatives. She specializes in strategic planning, business development, and U.S. government relations, while also overseeing NiQuan’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs. Previously, she worked in politically sensitive environments across the Caribbean, Africa, and the Middle East. Roshan holds a B.A. in Economics and an Executive MBA.
Sequan Gill
Group Chief Brand Officer
Sequan Gill manages NiQuan’s brand strategy, ensuring the company maintains a strong and consistent brand identity. He is responsible for brand development, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms. Sequan holds an MSc Energy from City, University of London, CASS Business School, BSc in Business Management/Administration from University of Maryland Global Campus and an Associates of Applied Science (AAS) in Logistics from Community College of the Air Force.
Roy A. Burnette
Group Chief Program Officer
With 36 years of experience, Roy Burnette oversees project delivery, including cost management, engineering design, and procurement. He ensures all project control-related activities are aligned with the company’s goals, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Roy holds a Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering and certifications and memberships in CII Research Team (RT272) Member for Advance Workface Planning; Society for Maintenance & Reliability Professionals (SMRP); American Society for Training and Development (ASTD); South Carolina Society for Training and Development (SCSTD), and Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).
Fiona Roffey
Group Chief Human Resource Officer
Fiona has spent 7 years at the company, designing and managing integrated HR processes to align with business strategy, fostering a diverse, inclusive culture, and positioning the company as an Employer of Choice. A key member of the Executive Team, she provides strategic human capital guidance and serves as Assistant Corporate Secretary, ensuring compliance with corporate governance. Fiona has 25+ years of HR experience, having worked with major companies in the oil and gas sector. She holds an MSc in Strategic HR Management and various certifications in compensation and leadership from global institutions.
Shelly Ramlal
Group Chief Accounting Officer
Over her 7-year tenure, Shelly has built and leads the Finance, IT, and Procurement portfolios, overseeing financial management, procurement, and IT operations. She ensures compliance with government agencies, aligns accounting strategies with global standards, and reports financial performance to the Board. Shelly’s achievements include optimizing banking relationships, managing capital assets, and leading financial modeling. With over 15 years of experience, she has worked with multinational organizations like Ernst & Young and Carisma Marketing. Shelly is ACCA-qualified and holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University.
