NiQuan’s CSR philosophy is “do good while doing great .We are committed to preserving the environment, providing the world with emissions-reducing clean fuels, ensuring the long-term growth of our business, taking care of our people, and enriching the world around us.

Our CSR initiatives are guided by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which provide a widely recognized framework and benchmark for measuring program impact.

NiQuan is committed to sustainable value creation for shareholders, stakeholders, and communities, transparency, strong governance, and fostering societal progress through sustainable practices and ethical operations.

Caring for the Environment.

Clean energy should be produced responsibly, ethically and in an environmentally aware manner.

That’s why reusing mothballed energy assets (known as brownfield) is central to the NiQuan Integrated Solution- our patented business model.

From inception to operations, NiQuan uses every opportunity to reduce our carbon footprint. Using existing assets means our demand for carbon-intense materials, such as structural steel, is lower than that of greenfield projects.  All our facilities employ carbon capture and utilization technology to prevent toxic CO and CO2 emissions from entering the atmosphere during the production process. This carbon is recycled at the front end of the process, thus reducing natural gas consumption and improving operational efficiencies.

NiQuan engages in regular sampling and testing to ensure that no harmful chemicals or substances enter the ground or waterways.

Our growth plan includes a focus on continuing to further reduce our carbon footprint.

UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Our local and global initiatives are built on the United Nations SDG framework. This framework consists of 17 development goals designed to address global challenges and ensure a more sustainable world now and for future generations. The SDGs are an urgent call to action.

To ensure that our initiatives could be implemented, measured, and remain within our capabilities, we identified the goals to which we could best contribute. We identified any
potential negative impact our business and business model could have on human life, society, and the planet and compared it to the subsections and key indicators under each SDG. We then selected key indicators that were aligned to areas we could directly impact and designated them as our High-Impact Goals. The other goals are areas where we could offer our support to organizations that are well-versed in those issues. These goals are our Collaborative Goals.

In this way, we know that our contributions, efforts, and initiatives, both locally and across the globe, are contributing to a more sustainable future.

Sustainable Procurement.

Governance and responsible environmental and social practices are integrated throughout our entire supply chain. Our approach emphasizes sourcing materials from sustainable suppliers, minimizing waste and energy consumption during production, and ensuring suppliers employ ethical labor practices.

Safeguarding the environment and promoting sustainable development is important to us. We appreciate and rank suppliers who share our passion and our HSSE core values. We value environmentally sustainable solutions in all products and services we procure.

We promote the use of local suppliers to multiply our investment in the regions where we operate. Emphasizing local procurement gives us the opportunity to develop long-term relationships with people in the community. Using local vendors leads to shorter supply chains, increased certainty of delivery times, and greater cost savings over time.

Our purchasing decision-making practices are fair, transparent and on the basis of objective and comprehensible criteria. When selecting and evaluating suppliers and service providers, we take into account technical capabilities, availability, reputation, relevant experience, financial status, and previous dealings with our company.

NiQuan seeks mutually beneficial long-term partnerships with its vendor pool. NiQuan will always negotiate with all vendors ethically and in good faith.
By prioritizing sustainable procurement, we can reduce our environmental footprint and mitigate risks associated with regulatory compliance and resource scarcity.
