Roshan spearheads the development and implementation of NiQuan’s sustainability strategy to create lasting value for shareholders, stakeholders, and communities. Her dedication to strong governance and ethical practices ensures that Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles are integrated into NiQuan’s corporate strategy and initiatives. With 20 years of experience, a decade of which is institutional knowledge, Roshan identifies and drives impactful opportunities to reduce the company’s environmental impact and advance positive change locally and globally while safeguarding shareholder value.

Collaborating closely with the Group Chief Visionary Officer, Roshan also oversees critical areas, including patent management and energy policy research, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment. She also has experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in politically sensitive environments, bringing a proven ability to deliver results in dynamic global settings.

Before joining NiQuan, Roshan contributed to the development of Hawai’i’s Health Insurance Exchange through community partnerships at The Hawai’i Health Connector. At The AGA Group, she managed operations across the Caribbean, Africa, and the Middle East while overseeing the company’s political action committee to ensure regulatory compliance.

Roshan holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Spanish from George Mason University, an Executive MBA from the University of Hawaiʻi Shidler College of Business, and a professional certificate in Business Sustainability from Cornell University.
